Question: Please recommend a good surveillance camera for me?

I live in the back of my sisters house in the basement. I want to see what's going on in the front of the house. I need something that can deal with cold weather and something I can afford for hopefully under $100? It doesn't need sounds. I don't care if it's black and white. Wireless would be nicer but I'm not sure about distance and signal since I'm in a basement at the back of the house. |
